In this position, she leads the evolution of the BrainGuide platform while advancing the organization's mission to establish comprehensive early detection frameworks for Alzheimer's disease.
With a Master of Public Health focused on healthcare policy and practice, Erica has built her career at the intersection of healthcare innovation and data-driven solutions. She joins UsAgainstAlzheimer's from the American Society for Radiation Oncology, where she spearheaded data visualization efforts and managed quality improvement programs. Her diverse background also includes serving as a Senior Healthcare Advisor at CareJourney, where she worked closely with healthcare executives, and leading clinical guideline development and patient education initiatives at the American Gastroenterological Association.
As a healthcare technology leader, Erica specializes in translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Her expertise spans healthcare analytics, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement across diverse audiences, from frontline clinicians to C-suite executives.
