Rachel brings over a decade of experience in fundraising, business development, and mission-driven partnership building across the nonprofit, political, and corporate sectors. As Director of Major Gifts, she leads fundraising strategy for major gifts and cultivates values-aligned relationships to support UsAgainstAlzheimer's vital mission. 

Prior to joining the UsAgainstAlzheimer's team, Rachel managed a multimillion-dollar donor portfolio at a national reproductive rights organization and spent many years supporting supplier diversity efforts by connecting women-owned businesses with Fortune 500 corporations. Rachel has consistently championed equity and economic opportunity for underrepresented communities. 

She earned an MA in Women’s History from Sarah Lawrence College and a BA in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Goucher College.
