MyBrainGuide Expands Access to Dementia Specialists Through New Collaborations with Synapticure and Isaac Health

Washington, D.C. (June 11, 2026) – Today MyBrainGuide, the free online brain health resource created by UsAgainstAlzheimer’s, announced new collaborations with Synapticure and Isaac Health to help individuals and families connect more quickly with dementia specialists and cognitive care teams.

Early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias can improve quality of life, expand access to treatments and clinical trials, and give families more time to plan and access support services. Yet many individuals face long delays in obtaining specialty care, with wait times for dementia specialists often stretching for months.

To help address this challenge, MyBrainGuide has offered users the ability to search for providers through the Medicare.gov physician directory. While enhancements to this functionality were introduced last year, ongoing provider shortages highlighted the need for additional options to improve access to timely care.

As part of these new collaborations, visitors to MyBrainGuide can continue to access free brain health resources and now have the option to connect more quickly with intake teams and specialists through two virtual care organizations:

  • Synapticure, a virtual neurology care practice focused on neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning as well as care coordination, mental health and caregiver support. Available in all 50 states.
  • Isaac Health, a virtual-first memory and brain health clinic providing dementia assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning with rapid access to cognitive specialists and personalized care. Available in all 50 states.

“These collaborations represent an important step forward in helping individuals and families access the care and support they need sooner,” said Catherine Patterson, Acting Chief Operations Officer of UsAgainstAlzheimer’s. “By expanding the pathways available through MyBrainGuide, we hope to reduce barriers to evaluation and diagnosis while empowering people to take action earlier.”

When families start to see signs of memory issues with a loved one, it’s distressing to discover that traditional care options often require you to wait months to get an appointment, leaving families in limbo for far too long,” said Sandra Abrevaya, Co-founder & CEO of Synapticure. “As a caregiver for the last decade, I know how important it is to provide these families access to doctors within weeks, not months, to get clarity, support and a path forward. So, we decided to bring world class doctors to families through Synapticure, and are able to provide all this support from the comfort of your own home.”

“We are proud to collaborate with MyBrainGuide powered by UsAgainstAlzheimer’s to help more people living with memory loss and their caregivers access timely, expert support,” said Julius Bruch, CEO of Isaac Health. “This partnership represents a huge opportunity to bring world-leading brain health care to more families, combining rapid access to dementia assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing support at a moment when early action can make a meaningful difference.”
