Patricia Lombreglia is a principal partner at Pathways Geriatric Care Solutions, LLC, based in Morristown, New Jersey.  The firm specializes in geriatric care management and consulting services to evaluate and assist in providing care for older adults and persons with dementia.  Patricia (Pat), has an extensive and diversified background in nursing, aging services and health care administration. She has a specialized professional focus and concentration in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care.  She has worked in a variety of acute, community and long term care settings with key responsibilities to design and develop new and innovative geriatric programs and aging services.  She is licensed as a professional registered nurse in NJ, MA, NC, SC, and Fla., and has advanced training and certifications in Geriatrics, Care Management, Case Management, Community Health, Palliative Care, and Wound Care.  

​In 1987, she created one of the first specialized dementia daycare programs in New Jersey, along with specialized support group and education programs for spousal caregivers and early stage Alzheimer’s disease individuals.  She has also held senior level management and executive positions in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, and home care settings, and was the founding president of a non-profit senior housing development project.

​She was a founding board member of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, and served as the Board Chair from 1994 -1998.  In 1999, she was hired as the President and CEO, to design and lead a statewide merger and expansion of the New Jersey Alzheimer’s Association. She served as the President and CEO for nearly 14 years, and was responsible for the strategic, fiscal and programmatic development and management of this statewide, non-profit organization.

She is a tireless and devoted advocate for individuals and families struggling to cope with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia disorders. She is a Certified Member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers, and an active community volunteer.
