Jamie Tyrone is an RN, Marketing Executive, and advocate who currently knows that her genotype puts her at a 91% lifetime risk of suffering from AD. She and her family were highlighted in the CNN award winning documentary "Filling the Blank" in which current advances in research were discussed. Her accomplishment of "flipping the fear" in her knowledge of her genetic status has resulted in her founding the non-profit charitable organization Beating Alzheimer's by Embracing Science (B.A.B.E.S.) to raise money and awareness for the need of increased funding for research.
